Return and Refund Policy

At Hypebleach LLC, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to resolve it. Please read the terms below for details on returns, refunds, and other after-sales support.
1) Return Eligibility
A return may be accepted if the item meets all of the following requirements:
- Requested within 30 days of delivery
- Unused and not installed, in original condition (no signs of use such as wipe/cleaning marks)
- Returned with original packaging and all included components (manuals, accessories, parts, fasteners, tags, protective films, seals, etc., if applicable)
- Includes proof of purchase (order number/receipt)
To protect product quality and customer safety, we may decline returns for items that show wear, scratches, stains, missing parts, or broken/damaged seals.
2) Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund
Returns or refunds are not available for:
- Products that have been used or installed
- Items labeled Final Sale / Non-returnable
- Gift cards
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Damage caused by misuse, improper installation/handling, or normal wear and tear
- Opened consumable/cleaning items (if applicable)
3) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging (outer box, internal protection, and shipping label)
After review, we may offer (as appropriate) replacement parts, a replacement item, or a refund.
4) How to Request a Return
To start, contact our support team before sending anything back.

Please include your order number and reason for return.
Returns shipped without approval may be refused.
5) Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are usually paid by the customer, unless the return results from our error (e.g., defective/incorrect item confirmed by our review).
- We strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service.
- Hypebleach LLC is not responsible for return parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
6) Refunds
When your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear (timing depends on your payment provider)
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our confirmed error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item)
7) Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, please submit a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
8) Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the estimated processing time:
- Check your account again
- Contact your card issuer (posting times vary)
- Contact your bank (some refunds take additional time to appear)
If you’ve done the above and still don’t see the refund, please contact our support team.
9) Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible.
- If the order has not shipped, we may be able to cancel it
- If the order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process (if eligible)
10) Return Address
All returns must be authorized first. We will provide return instructions (and any label/requirements, if applicable) after your request is approved.
