Our Shipping Approach

At Hypebleach LLC, we focus on practical home goods for everyday living. To avoid excessive warehousing and overstock, some items may ship directly from vetted production partners or international fulfillment centers.

This fulfillment model helps us:

  • Provide dependable, well-made home essentials
  • Keep prices reasonable by reducing traditional retail overhead
  • Reduce unnecessary waste across the supply chain

1) Processing Time & Shipping Fee

Order Processing

  • Standard processing: 1–2 business days (order preparation, quality review, packing)
  • Peak periods (holidays / major promotions): up to 3 business days

Shipping Fee

  • Flat-rate shipping: $7.99 per order (applies to all destinations)

2) Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery speed depends on destination and the fulfillment route used for your order. The following are typical estimates:

Canada / UK / Australia 10–14 business days
Rest of World 10–20 business days

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


3) Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note:

  • Tracking may take 1–3 business days to begin updating after the shipping label is created
  • Limited updates can occur while the parcel is moving between facilities—this does not necessarily mean the package is delayed

4) Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments are generally sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means:

  • Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are paid by the customer (if assessed)
  • We are not responsible for customs-related delays or additional charges determined by local authorities

Customs fees are not common for many small household items, but rules vary by country/region.


5) Address Changes, Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing quickly to keep orders moving.

If you need to update your shipping address or request a cancellation, please contact our support team within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.


6) Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged on Arrival

If your package arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • The item
  • The outer packaging
  • The shipping label (if available)

After review, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost when applicable.

Lost in Transit

If the carrier confirms your parcel is lost in transit, we will send a replacement free of charge (subject to confirmation and delivery address verification).
