Welcome to hypebleach.shop (“Hypebleach LLC” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, and related services, content, tools, and products (collectively, the “Services”).
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer the Services.
By visiting, browsing, or purchasing through the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
SECTION 1 — ACCESS, ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you have permission to allow minors under your care to use the Services on devices you control.
You may be asked to provide information such as your email address, billing details, payment information, and shipping address. You agree that all information you submit is accurate, up-to-date, and complete, and that you are authorized to provide it.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details (if any), and
- all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not sell, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise assign your account to another person.
SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS, DESCRIPTIONS & AVAILABILITY
We aim to display products as accurately as possible. However, product colors and appearance may vary due to device type, screen settings, lighting, and other factors.
Unless expressly stated, we do not guarantee that product appearance or perceived quality will match what you see on your screen.
We may update product details, pricing, and availability at any time, and we may discontinue products or limit quantities by person, household, region, or order at our discretion.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, or cancel orders for reasons including (but not limited to) suspected fraud, stock limitations, payment issues, or errors in listings.
An order is not considered accepted until we confirm it and payment has been processed. Please review your order carefully before submitting; once accepted, we may not be able to change or cancel it.
If we modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
Returns and refunds are handled only according to our Return & Refund Policy.
You confirm that purchases are for personal/household use and not for resale, commercial distribution, or export.
SECTION 4 — PRICING, PROMOTIONS & BILLING
Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at the time you place the order, as reflected in your order confirmation.
Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, or import fees.
Promotions may have separate terms. If promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms will apply for that promotion.
You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and to keep it current. You represent that:
- the payment method used is authorized, and
- you will pay all applicable charges, including shipping, handling, and taxes (if any).
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS
Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processes, incorrect address information, or events outside our reasonable control.
Once the package is handed to the carrier, ownership/title and risk of loss generally transfer to you to the extent permitted by applicable law.
SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content and materials on the Services (including text, images, product descriptions, graphics, logos, designs, videos, audio, and the overall look and feel) are owned by Hypebleach LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, republish, or exploit any content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Hypebleach LLC names, logos, and branding are trademarks of Cluster Fintech. Shopify and its marks are trademarks of Shopify. Other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
SECTION 7 — OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We may provide access to tools or features offered by third parties. We do not control these tools and provide them “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or endorsements.
Your use of third-party tools is at your own discretion and risk, and may be subject to the third party’s terms.
SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, policies, or practices. If you access third-party sites, you do so at your own risk.
SECTION 9 — SHOPIFY PLATFORM NOTICE
Our store uses Shopify to power certain aspects of the Services. Purchases made through our store are transactions between you and Hypebleach LLC, not Shopify. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shopify is not responsible for claims arising from purchases made from us.
SECTION 10 — PRIVACY
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Because our store is hosted on Shopify, Shopify may also collect and process data related to your use of the Services in accordance with Shopify’s policies.
SECTION 11 — FEEDBACK & USER SUBMISSIONS
If you send us reviews, comments, ideas, suggestions, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display that Feedback for any lawful purpose, including to improve and promote the Services.
You represent that you own or have permission to submit your Feedback and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate any laws.
We may remove Feedback at our discretion.
SECTION 12 — ERRORS & CORRECTIONS
Information on the Services may occasionally contain errors (including pricing, descriptions, promotions, shipping details, or availability). We may correct errors and update information at any time, including after an order is submitted, and may cancel orders where necessary.
SECTION 13 — PROHIBITED USE
You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
- violating laws or regulations;
- infringing intellectual property rights;
- harassment, abusive behavior, or threats;
- submitting false or misleading information;
- uploading malware, viruses, or harmful code;
- scraping, crawling, phishing, spamming, or interfering with site security;

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms.
SECTION 14 — TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, as permitted by law. You remain responsible for any amounts owed up to the termination date.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification).

The Services and all products offered through the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” except where we expressly state otherwise.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
SECTION 16 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cluster Fintech (including its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or replacement costs arising from your use of the Services or products purchased through the Services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.
SECTION 17 — INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hypebleach LLC, Shopify (where applicable), and our respective affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:
- your breach of these Terms,
- your violation of laws or third-party rights, or
- your misuse of the Services.
SECTION 18 — SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue in effect.
SECTION 19 — WAIVER & ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with policies referenced here (including our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy), form the entire agreement regarding your use of the Services.
SECTION 20 — ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset transfer.
SECTION 21 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any disputes will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Cluster Fintech is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, to the extent permitted by law.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
SECTION 23 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on our website. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
