The package came in good shape and the attachment looked just like the photos. I wanted something simple for my kitchen sink without replacing the whole faucet, and this was a good little upgrade.
It took me a minute to figure out which adapter piece I needed, but once I matched it to my faucet it tightened up fine. The water modes are useful and the swivel makes rinsing the sink easier.
I use this mostly when washing produce and rinsing dishes before loading the dishwasher. The stream feels more controlled than my regular faucet and I am getting less water around the counter.
